The Advanced MQLE Program Curriculum

Built on the four pillars of Mindfulness Intelligence®, the Advanced MQLE Program is delivered live online or in-person, through 8 modules over either 8 or 12 sessions. Sessions run 75 min each. Curriculum flexible for current organizational needs.

MODULE 9:
Executive Presence

Many managers and leaders want to be known for having Executive Presence. All the while, most people fall short at knowing what it is, how to get it, or they believe that it is unavailable to them.

Already at the gate, we will learn the science behind what looks like a magical quality. A company benefits greatly from the trust, ease and appeal that comes with having representatives and leaders with executive presence. Includes advanced listening and empathy skills - top sought-after leadership traits today.

MODULE 10:
Conflict Diffuser

Toxicity and conflicts are known to devastate healthy results and makes talent 10x more likely to quit. They take up valuable time, energy and resources. Leaders get personally triggered from conflicts and are sometimes unaware of how they contribute to toxicity. With insights and tools, they will know how to lead people and teams to healthy outcomes.  

Identifying and correctly dealing with high conflict people in the workplace is a game-changer for team leaders. Participants will gain clear, specific tools, invaluable for leading effectively.

MODULE 11:
Superhuman In Action

Advanced insights and practice of superhuman skillsets make great, authentic leaders. Instead of always reacting involuntarily to people and situations, leaders get to take action out of integrity and a calm, sovereign mind.

As leaders learn about the fascinating workings of our nervous systems and how to identify and heal our own unwanted reactions, decision making gets sharper and mistakes fewer. The module includes advanced MQ methods for cleaning up programming that thwarts our performance. 

MODULE 12:
Collaborative Genius

Collaborative solutions are the basis for any high-level output or significant innovation in a modern business environment. Unfortunately, managers and leaders automatically gravitate to three different types of communication styles that are detrimental to their ability to ignite teamwork and create collaborative conditions. 

Here, we learn what communication styles we gravitate towards, how to create psychologically safe spaces - and how to bring out the collaborative genius in everyone. 

MODULE 13: 
Orchestrating Outcomes

Things are moving too fast for leaders to carefully analyze and strategize about every single move. Instead of exhausting our inner resources on mission impossible, we learn how to utilize our mind to orchestrate outcomes; projects, negotiations and relationships. 

As you get to know new aspects of yourself and the energetic reality of life,  you will deepen your skills to read and positively influence co-workers, teams and negotiating parties.

MODULE 14:
Setting Productive Boundaries

All current lists of "top leadership traits"identify so-called soft skills as being of major importance. The call for empathetic, compassionate and caring leaders can, however, confuse leaders to become ineffective pushovers. Boundaries are challenging to set - and hard to respect. 

This module presents the anatomy of boundaries, language to make it easy, and profound insights into self advocacy and creating clear, healthy team environments.

MODULE 15:
Inclusive Impact & Belonging

DEI work has been on a major upswing for a while. As DEI initiatives have rolled out, we are also seeing some real challenges. DEI champions are suffering pushback, boards and teams are frustrated over disconnected group dynamics, and leaders are confused on how to impact diverse groups.

Key skills include x-ray vision, understanding our own relationship to belonging, and facilitating honest, respectful and open conversations.

MODULE 16:
The Human in Agility

Independent of industry, your team is bound to need systems for agile process management of data and action. Without skilled people power to match, agility systems tend to fall flat and will only add to the data overwhelm.

In this module, we look at the deeply human (and superhuman) aspects of maximizing the benefits of agility systems without falling short to its perils. The module also includes plenty of support of best practices and winning habits for the road ahead.

Although it's recommended to go through the core MQLE program (modules 1-8) as preparation for this Advanced curriculum, some Senior Leadership groups have opted to hop straight into a modified Advanced program to suit their specific needs.

International Leadership Certification

Participants who complete the Mindfulness Intelligence® Leadership Excellence Program qualify for the international leadership certification MQLE.D, granted by the Inner Business Institute.

The certification is an important mark of accomplishment, and point of pride and belonging. Companies can also opt to make the MQLE.D certification a part of their Management Promotion requirement program.
