There are 4 modules in the 1-year MQLL certification, each spanning 3 months with 10 live sessions each

The 4th module can be exchanged for an MQ® Master Course below. For non-certification purposes, modules can be taken as stand-alone courses.
MQ® Master Courses are exciting offerings for conscious impact leaders to dive deeply into each course subject. All courses are designed to make you equipped for teaching the subject.
Currently planned for 2023/24 are:

To be Certified as an MQ® Leader of Leaders, all 4 MQLL modules (40 sessions) need to be completed.
The MQ® Leader of Leaders certification (MQLL.D) will accept any MQ® Master Course in exchange for the 4th module of MQLL, should that be of interest. Please note that the timing of MQ® Master Courses do not follow the same consecutive timeline as the MQLL certification program. All MQLL modules and MQ® Master Courses span 3 months with 10 live sessions each and can easily be combined.
MQ® Leader of Leaders Curriculum
Module 1 of 4 (for Certification) lays out the most fascinating insights about the human condition. Without knowing what constitutes our thoughts, feelings and actions in business, we will never truly be successful - and we won’t be able to take our clients (or staff) to soaring heights.
We are all burdened by unconscious conditions that sabotage our success. The business world is particularly challenging as it awakens destructive conditions in the best of us. You need to know them, master them, and then teach them.
As the most advanced species on earth, we all have brilliant minds. The question is: how do we use them? How can you teach people to access their minds in a way that makes them much smarter, clearer, more energized and truly fulfilled? This module has the answers.
How to Teach the Human Condition in Business
Making People Aware, Healed and Unstuck
Insights: Module 1 teaches you how to skillfully spot where your clients and staff get stuck in their human condition. As you become able to teach both the perils of human predicaments and the best of human possibilities, your results with clients and staff will multifold.
Practice: To be great teachers/coaches/leaders, we need to practice what we learn - and practice what we teach. Every module presents many opportunities to elevate your skillset through practice.
Support: Every session is an opportunity for you to bring your real life challenges to the calls with specific examples that you need help with. This is a unique opportunity to get support from Linda Bjork for your own coaching challenges - and to learn from listening to other participants.
After Module 1, you will have many tools to lift your clients and staff to new heights. Most people never do the core work of being human enough to reach any interesting potential. In fact, most unfulfilled or not-quite-successful people are simply stuck in patterns that you now can help resolve with ease and grace. Module 2 of 4 (for Certification) focuses on the biggest thieves of good leadership: conflicts that drag team performance down, toxic behaviors and clunky communication.
Most managers and leaders that you will ever coach feel stumped (or have given up) when it comes to getting (some) people around them to collaborate effectively. They have most likely not been dealt a bad hand, they simply don’t know how to best make collaboration and engagement happen. With the insights and tools from Module 2, you will be able to guide them.
Surprisingly, one of the biggest challenges in leadership (small or large) is how many team members disengage. MQ presents specific methods to bring people out of hiding so that they can finally contribute to the team with their unique talents.

Module 3 of 4 (for Certification) moves beyond our human conditions and into the realm of superhuman capacities. When we get past our conditioning that keeps us stuck in old patterns (with dissatisfying results), we can finally click into our full potential.
This is a highly liberating module personally for those who train to become trainers - and endlessly satisfying to apply in the work with clients and staff.
As we expand our capacities in mind, heart and spirit, we also strengthen our confidence to be the kind of teacher the world truly needs. Insights: Module 3 gives you tools way beyond any normal leadership coaching program. MQ® Leader of Leaders Certification
Participants who complete the MQ® Leader of Leaders program (40 sessions) qualify for the international certification MQ® Leader of Leaders Certification Designation (MQLL.D), granted by the Inner Business Institute.
The certification qualifies you to add your name to the MQ® Leader of Leaders Roster, including your interest for being called upon when opportunities for MQ® Coaching, Facilitation or Lectures come up.
The certification is also an important mark of credibility and accomplishment. You will be part of an international group of conscious impact-makers that support each others' continued development.
MQ® Master Courses
For those who wish to become deeper masters in profound and fascinating areas relating to leadership, the MQ® Master Courses will take you there.
These courses run one quarter (3 months) each, with 10 live sessions via zoom, 90 min each (just like the MQLL modules). Please note that if you are taking your MQ® Leader of Leaders certification, the 4th module can be exchanged for any of the MQ® Master Courses.
These courses can all be taken independently and in addition to other MQ® programs. These courses are are best suited for those who have taken the MQLE Leadership Program, are going through the Leader of Leaders training, or for experienced coaches and leaders who are interested in these specific topics.
Meet The MQ® Founder
Linda Bjork
Linda Bjork leads the Inner Business Institute, is the Founder of Mindfulness Intelligence® and the Author of the popular leadership book “Inner Business - Training Your Mind for Leadership Success.” She also leads professionals all over the globe to their highest leadership potential.
With innovative tools of emotional connections in branding, the agency she led for 10 years (2004-2014) grew exponentially, serving several global clients out of Stockholm, Sweden and New York City. Linda won numerous awards while leading the agency, among them Agency of The Year 2009 in Sweden.
In addition to her engineering, design and business background, Linda Bjork is a Certified MBSR Leader, a Certified Success Coach, an elected Evolutionary Leader and an Ordained Interfaith/Interspiritual Minister.

The Power of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is one of several foundational stones for Mindfulness Intelligence®. Linda has had the pleasure of conversing with the birth-father of MBSR and Best-selling Author, Jon Kabat Zinn, on multiple occasions.
Although Linda has personally kept with a daily Transcendental Meditation (TM) practice since 1996, MBSR has proven to be one of the most digestible and effective meditation techniques to teach people in business. Add to that the deeper teachings of mindfulness from Buddhism and meditative techniques from Christian mysticism and Sufism, coupled with more than 6,000 scientific and academic research papers on the effects of meditation, and you will have a solid and sacred foundation from which to teach presence and stillness.
